These terms apply to invite-only referral partners for The AI Agent Cost Report 2026.
Referral tracking
Each affiliate receives a unique referral link. Referral attribution is last-click and uses a seven-day cookie. If a visitor follows another valid affiliate link before purchase, the newer referral replaces the older one.
Commission basis
Commission is calculated on net collected revenue where available, after payment processor fees, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, discounts, failed payments, and other transaction adjustments. Dashboard figures are tracking records and may be reconciled before payout.
Payouts
Payouts are reviewed monthly and paid manually off-platform. Payment method, required tax details, and invoice requirements are handled directly with Paperfoot AI (SG) Pte. Ltd.
Refunds and chargebacks
Refunded, disputed, charged back, fraudulent, duplicate, or self-referred purchases are not commissionable. If a refund or chargeback occurs after a commission has been paid, the amount may be deducted from a future payout.
Program control
Paperfoot AI may pause links, adjust future commission rates, reject abusive traffic, or end affiliate participation at any time. Changes do not rewrite the commission percentage already snapshotted on completed, eligible purchases.
