Privacy notice

Privacy notice.

Paperfoot AI (SG) Pte. Ltd. (“we”) operates https://inferenceinsightsreport.com. This notice describes what personal information we collect, why we use it, who we share it with, and how long we keep it. The site is a B2B research-report storefront — we do not run advertising retargeting, sell data, or build profiles for third parties.

1. What we collect

If you only visit the site

  • Page views and clicks tied to a random session identifier — no name, no email.
  • A coarse, derived form of your IP address along with the country, region, and city. We do not store raw IP addresses.
  • Browser and operating-system family parsed from the User-Agent string, used for traffic-quality reporting.

If you buy the report

  • Your email address, collected by our payment processor at checkout and passed back to us so we can issue the receipt and the fulfilment email.
  • Payment metadata supplied by the payment processor — payment status, line items, country for tax determination. We do not see card numbers.
  • An access marker is set on the browser you used at checkout, granting paid access for 12 months.

If you participate in the affiliate program

  • Your name, contact email, and payout details — supplied directly to us off-platform when you accept the invitation.
  • Tracking events tied to your referral identifier so we can attribute sales and compute commission. The attribution mechanism itself is described in the cookies policy.

If you sign in as a site operator (admin)

  • Login email and a short-lived signed session marker. Admin actions are logged for audit (purchase fulfilment, refund handling, affiliate management).

If you correspond with us

The contents of your email and any other identifying details you choose to share for the purposes of handling your enquiry.

2. Why we use it

  • Deliver the product you paid for— recognise your browser as having paid access, send the receipt, and deliver any weekly refresh notes.
  • Detect and prevent abuse— deduplicate sessions, flag automated traffic, investigate fraudulent purchases or chargebacks.
  • Improve the report and the site— first-party analytics on which sections are read and where readers drop off. This is aggregated; we do not study individual sessions.
  • Comply with law— tax, accounting, and any binding legal process.

3. Lawful basis (GDPR / UK GDPR / Singapore PDPA)

  • Contract— processing your email and access marker is necessary to deliver the report you bought.
  • Legitimate interests— first-party analytics, fraud prevention, and security. These are first-party, low-impact, and described in this notice. You can object: see “Your rights” below.
  • Legal obligation— tax records, accounting records, and responses to lawful authorities.
  • Consent— for any optional communication beyond the report-buyer baseline.

4. Who we share data with

We rely on a small set of trusted service providers to operate the site — specifically a payment processor, a hosting / edge-network provider, a database provider, and an email-delivery provider. We share data with them only to the extent needed to deliver the service and we do not share with anyone else, except where required by law or to enforce our rights.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We do not share data with advertising networks. We do not run retargeting or look-alike audience builds.

5. International transfers

Paperfoot AI (SG) Pte. Ltd. is incorporated in Singapore. Our service providers may store or process data in the United States, the European Union, or other regions. Where required, transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as is needed for the purpose it was collected: the duration of your access licence, the period required by Singapore tax and accounting law for purchase records, and a finite analytics window for traffic-quality data. Email correspondence is kept for as long as is needed to handle the matter and is then archived in line with internal retention.

7. Your rights

Subject to local law, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you;
  • Correct inaccurate data;
  • Delete data, where deletion does not conflict with our legal obligations or the contract you entered into with us;
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests, including first-party analytics;
  • Port data you provided in a structured machine-readable format;
  • Withdraw consent for any consent-based processing;
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority (e.g. Singapore PDPC, your EU member state DPA, or the UK ICO).

To exercise any of these rights, email reports@inferenceinsightsreport.com from the address on file. We aim to respond within 30 days.

8. Security

All traffic is served over HTTPS. Access markers and admin sessions are protected against tampering. The payment flow runs on the payment processor’s domain; we never see card numbers. Database access is restricted to the production application and named operators.

9. Children

The site is not intended for, and not directed at, anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this notice. Material changes are flagged in the next weekly refresh note. The effective date below is updated when we revise the notice.
