Buyer terms

Terms of sale.

These terms govern the purchase and use of The AI Agent Cost Report 2026 and the bundled budget calculator from Paperfoot AI (SG) Pte. Ltd.. By completing checkout you accept these terms.

1. The product

The product is a digital research report (eight parts plus an interactive budget calculator) delivered through this website. Access is granted to the browser used at checkout via a signed access cookie that remains valid for one year from the date of purchase. There is no physical deliverable.

2. License grant

On payment in full, Paperfoot AI (SG) Pte. Ltd. grants the named purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to:

  • Read the report and use the budget calculator for the purchaser’s internal business purposes — budgeting, pricing, procurement, vendor strategy, product planning, investment analysis;
  • Quote short excerpts (typically a paragraph or a single chart) in internal documents, board materials, and investor updates with attribution to Inference Insight — The AI Agent Cost Report 2026;
  • Share the report with up to five colleagues at the same legal entity for the same internal purposes.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Republish, resell, host, or sub-license the report or substantial portions of it, whether in original form or translated, summarised, or paraphrased;
  • Train machine-learning models on the report content, or supply it to third parties for that purpose;
  • Use the report or excerpts in public-facing marketing, paid advertising, or syndicated research without written permission;
  • Circumvent the access controls on the website, share access credentials beyond the licensed group, or attempt to copy the underlying data files.

Quoting in good-faith editorial coverage, regulatory filings, academic citation, and reasonable internal use is permitted under section 2 above without prior approval.

4. Refunds

The report is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately on successful payment. All sales are final. No refunds, partial refunds, credits, or chargeback accommodations are issued for changes of mind, disagreement with the analysis, factual disputes, or any other reason once payment has cleared. 7. Disclaimer of warranties

The report is provided as is for information and decision-support purposes. It is not financial advice, investment advice, accounting advice, legal advice, or tax advice, and it does not create a fiduciary or advisory relationship. Paperfoot AI (SG) Pte.
